Terms & Conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and book.
• The details you give us (name, contact details, traveller information) must be correct and up to date.
• Keep your password private. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, false chargebacks, misuse of referrals, or abuse of our staff.

• Package pages show sample itineraries. The price for your trip is given in a quotation for your dates, travellers and choices.
• A quotation shows what is included and what is not, and may have a validity date. Prices can change after that date.
• A booking is confirmed only when the amount due is received. You then get a booking confirmation and an invoice in your dashboard.
• Hotel, transport and other vouchers are added to your dashboard as they are issued.
• Weather, airline or rail schedule changes, local closures and similar events may require changes to the itinerary. We will offer an alternative of a similar standard where we can.

• Online payments are processed by PayU. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on PayU's page; we never see or store them.
• You can also pay at our office or by bank transfer; your travel advisor records it on your booking.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless the quotation says otherwise.

Unless your quotation states different terms, these cancellation charges apply to tour bookings:

• 30 days or more before departure: 85% of the refundable tour cost is refunded, less non-refundable airline, rail and hotel charges.
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the refundable tour cost is refunded.
• 14 days or less, or no-show: no refund.

To cancel, contact your travel advisor or our office. Refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 working days after the refundable amount is confirmed. Charges made by airlines, hotels and other providers depend on their own rules.

• Every registered customer gets a personal referral link and QR code. A person who registers through your link is linked to you.
• When a person linked to you books a tour and the booking is verified by Zenvoy Holidays, you receive HDYU Rewards on the amount they paid: 1% for ₹5,000–₹24,999; 1.5% for ₹25,000–₹49,999; 2% for ₹50,000–₹99,999; 2% for ₹1,00,000 and above.
• HDYU Rewards are given only for tour bookings. The customer who makes the booking does not earn rewards on their own booking.
• Rewards can be used on a later tour booking for up to 10% of that booking's value.
• Rewards are valid for 18 months from the date they are credited. Unused rewards expire after that.
• Rewards cannot be transferred to another person, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• No rewards are given for cancelled or refunded bookings. If a booking is cancelled or refunded after its reward was credited, the reward is taken back, including from later rewards if it was already used.
• If a booking on which you used rewards is cancelled, the rewards used are returned to your account with their original expiry date.
• We may withhold or cancel rewards obtained through fake accounts, self-referral or other misuse. We may change these rules; changes do not affect rewards already credited.

Every traveller needs valid photo ID, and for international trips a passport valid for at least six months and any visa or health documents the destination requires. Visa decisions are made by the relevant government and cannot be guaranteed by us.

We plan and arrange your trip with care using hotels, transport companies and other providers. We are not responsible for delays, losses or events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes or government action.
